No refund or exchange will be approved until the item(s)’s condition has been verified by
our customer service team.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we
can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you
received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
In this Returns Policy, a “Return” is the general term given to include the seeking of a
repair, exchange, refund or store credit from any items you have purchased from us.
This Returns Policy is at all times, subject to the South African Law (Consumer Right No. 8). To the extent that any provision of this policy is inconsistent with the Consumer Right No. 8, thus will prevail and apply.
